From start to finish, I can honestly say this was one of, if not the most stress-free experiences I have ever had with any contractor. Chris kept in touch from the time we made the appointment to his and his worker's on time (to the minute) arrival to perform the work. His estimate was clear and accurate, slightly higher than the final cost in case of unforseen issues, which I appreciated.
They were courteous, knowledgeable and professional every step of the way. As I am performing some of the work of this renovation on my own, Chris was very helpful in offering suggestions and asked questions regarding how I wanted him to route and leave various cabling for finishing. They were working between an upstairs room and the main electric panel in the basement, and both areas were left as clean as when they arrived.
I have already discussed with Chris two additional (larger) projects we are planning for the spring and summer. I am actually looking forward to working with him again, rather than my usual aprehension.
