They suck. All of them suck.  They caused problems when I didn't have problems. They're just terrible.  One time they told me that the back window just fell into my door and cracked.  F's across the board. They wouldn't warranty a piss poor paint job.  They said a bird shit on it and I let it sit too long.  Actually my paint started to peel, like spidered out.  It looked like there was dirt underneath.  On all the flat surfaces. It was a shitty paint job.  Rust by the wheel wells, the running plates and the door.  Car was put together like a piece of shit.

I had actually bought a Mercedes before, and I got one for my wife and bought one for myself. The first time we went, we went to another dealership, and after that experience there I decided to try these people out, and I actually had a salesman who was clearly outstanding. He was very upfront and very honest. It was not a typical auto dealership experience, but quite an outstanding experience in terms of auto dealerships. There was no pressure on me. Mercedes-Benz is a very expensive vehicle, and I was treated like I am buying an expensive vehicle and I am not treated like I am buying a cheaper car. I have other dealers in my area, but they are notorious for trying to suck me in and get me out of the door with a new car at any cost. This was just a very pleasant experience with a very honest dealership and a dealership that works with me to help me get the vehicle if I wanted it. The service side of it is also outstanding, very professional in all ways. I am pretty happy with my purchase. If I have any problems with the car, I take it to the dealership as I have a warranty. I would buy another Mercedes from them if I need to.
