My partner and I are hands on 24/7, we offer subcontractors in fields such as roofing and siding, electrical, plumbing, painting and masonry. Our billing is based off product and labor; size of the job depicts the payment installment. Smaller jobs we take 50% upfront 50% on completion, medium and larger size 1/3, 1/3, 1/3.
