It was great! The owner Angelo was very professional and patient, and he custom stained to match my cabinets and it turned out beautiful. If I could give him an A+ I would!

Angelo came to my house in a timely manner, however the project began a few months later due to Flaxman's previous commitments and a builder's family emergency which I had been informed of from the beginning. The workmen installed the unfinished cabinetry over the course of one day, remeasured, dismantled it, then perfected the fit and painted the cabinetry in the workshop. Installation of finished product took an additional day. The workmen were professional, polite, and very neat. When their work accidentally disrupted electrical power that an electrician had to repair, Angelo deducted the electricians cost from the remaining bill. When I was not completely satisfied with the re-installation of the ceiling moldings, Angelo came to my house to inspect it, and the head carpenter spent several additional hours repairing it to my satisfaction. My bookshelves and cabinets are absolutely beautiful and the workmanship is fabulous. I would not hesitate to use Flaxman again.
