FIRST ALERT EMERGENCY SVC

They were very nice and competent.  They were also punctual, helpful, and open.  They demonstrated the system and were available to me.  They were fine.  They showed me how to use it, but I haven't had to use it so far.  I checked with the people at Heritage Hills where I live because this place also has people who would come out in an emergency.  I learned that they work hand in glove, so there is no disparity where we call one and the other one doesn't come.  I was told that they always work together.  I was also told by the people at my office that they have only had excellent results with First Alert.  I did that before I hired them.  I pay them monthly where they take it out of my account.  They are quiet and they don't bother me.  I have not needed to bother them either.  I'm confident that if there is anything wrong with me or in my condominium that both sets of people would do what they're supposed to.  That's what they have said they do.  When I had questions they were very responsive.  They knew some things that I didn't know to ask because I didn't know anything about it.  They have not had to come out for anything other than the installation.
