"Thank you very much for the review."
"I installed a ductless air conditioning system for Mr. [Member Name Removed] but unfortunately, the system began to have some problems (not cooling). I responded each time he called and got the system running. I explained to him that there was probably a leak and that I would keep him comfortable for the remainder of the summer and return in early Spring to search for and repair the leak at no charge to him. Because of the current pandemic I thought it best to wait but he never contacted me and instead he chose to call another company without even giving me the opportunity to resolve the issue."

"thank you for your review. there is a mistake on the date of this review, the proper date for this service 8/3/18."
"Upon inspection I advised this customer that the compressor should be replaced. The repair was done on 2 of the 3 machines; one unit needed a contactor and one required a "hard start kit" which does not cost $13.00. We went back a second time and found burnt wires on the compressor. We removed all of the burnt wires and installed a compressor terminal kit at NO CHARGE to customer. Unfortunately, the customer purchased this deal which is strictly for maintenance and annual check-up of equipment that is working (clearly stated on my Angie's List profile). If he knew there was a problem (burning wires) he should not have purchased the deal (3 unit check-up) and simply called for service. I think he was under the impression that this deal was for repairs (including parts). The price he was given ($550.00) was for both parts and labor on 2 units and he was not charged for the initial inspection. The only reason I agreed to reduce the price was to appease this customer (due to his own misunderstanding) and not anything more than good business practice."
"First, I would like to let you know that we do charge a service charge (just as every other air conditioning company does) with no service charge with repair. We quoted you the standard rate for freon R-22. You are gravely mistaken and misinformed in thinking that this freon can be bought at any retail store. It is only sold to CERTIFIED, licensed air conditioning/refrigeration companies, and can only be used by technicians who have been EPA certified. It's obvious that you were simply price shopping (apparently you knew what your system needed) and just looking for the cheapest way out. This negative review is completely inappropriate and undeserved since we never even provided you with anything more than a phone conversation."
"Thank you for your review."
"At the time of service unit was short refrigerant and the coils did not need cleaning. We injected EZ-Seal (leak sealant) into the system. It's not uncommon for some refrigerant to leak out while it's sealing internally. Unfortunately, you felt the need to call another service company before we could come back to complete repair."
