(Name Removed) started working in the basement in February, he was hired to replace 5 panels. he installed 2 panels on a piece of wood in March, one on the first floor but is not finished. When he opened the wall he said a piece of wood that is part of the structure will have to be cut and his guy will install a frame and add pieces of wood to hold the frame so as to prevent from the wall to be unstable, this never was done and ever since he stopped working, all he does is troubleshoot I do not know what but I do not see him doing any work. Since March he started asking for money which I have been giving him ever since, he said that is the way he works., unfortunately without realizing I have already paid him $10,600. It took many times for him to give me a contract, the contract is for $9,600.00 and he continues to request for more money without doing any work. I am a senior citizen and a woman I feel this person is taking advantage of me. I have been giving him the money since I fear that he may not come back. He said he was licensed but every time I ask for his license he makes excuses, one time when I asked, he said I do not provide My familys license.. when I am asking him to come to continue with the job, we set a date and every time he said that he can not make it because his daughter is sick, it is July, and I am going nowhere with this, and he still is asking for more money.
