We had another plumber come twice for the same leak then never heard from them again- I called O'Grady and they came I believe the next day - promptly early in the am and finished in two hours - they cleaned up after themselves and were very professional

They are a family owned business and and they do excellent reliable work. They guarantee their work and you can call them and they come right out and take care of the problem. They stand behind the work they do. They kept the place clean as they were working and I will continue to use them.

I found that he did a fine job. He was here promptly and they seemed to have done the job professionally. They did their work cleanly and they cleared up after themselves. He did the job in one day and that was it. I think the price was good. The quality of work was good and it looks beautiful. I think there are some things that he hasn't been on top of. He seems to fall on the follow-ups and the telephone calls. When I call him, I don't always get a swift response. So, there are some things I am not happy about. The job seems to be okay, but I am waiting to see how it will work out in the winter months when I really need it. I may use them in the future if I need to. My house was built in 1925. When I had another company come in and look at the boiler, they thought it had been there before the II world war, they didn't know exactly when. It had been ticking along fine, but they were afraid that it was going to stop and were concerned about the carbon-monoxide fumes. They told me to do something about it as soon as possible and also get the asbestos removed. I got 2 estimates. The other company quoted $6900.00 plus $1000.00 to remove the asbestos. O'Grady, on the other hand, quoted $6400.00 plus $500.00 to remove the asbestos. His price was good so I went with him. I am just waiting to make sure that everything works properly. I thought that a couple of weeks ago the thermostat was not working properly. It was much higher according to the thermostat than my programmed number. It was up to 75 and it felt like it was 68 in the house. It seems like the problem has straightened out. I don't know if it just had to get used to working or something because it was low all summer.

Getting an appointment was difficult; they cancelled twice on us. But when they did come they were quick and did a very professional job. Their rate was also very competitive.

My boiler died in the dead of winter and O'Grady showed up right away to take care of it. Friendly, prompt and did the job right. A pleasure doing business with them. My family has used them for over 30 years and we never had a complaint. Highly recommend.
