Robert came to my house and identified the parts needed. It turns out that my windows are a less common brand and he had to search the inventories of several different distributors to find all of the parts. This took a while but he kept in touch with me through the process and managed my expectations.
Robert arrived on time, and worked quickly so the repair went smoothly. While he was working to replace the 4 crank operators, he also made two minor adjustments to one of the windows that wasn't closing properly.
It turned out that one of the 4 parts I asked him to replace was salvageable so he cleaned it up and returned it to me so that I can use it in case one of them breaks again.
If you need repairs to your windows, I would certainly recommend calling Robert / WinFix.
I give him a C for professionalism - he is just starting his business and doesn't have a proper website set up. Also, at one point he accidentally sent me a message that was intended for a different customer. Other than that I am very happy with how Robert handled the job.
