 + -1 moreShawn came out for the estimate and returned it in a timely fashion. We scheduled the date, and two workers showed up as promised, right on time at 8AM. They laid out carpets from the front door to the bathroom where the work was being done and were diligent to contain the mess of the demolition to the room in which they were working. After the demo, they installed grid and tiles as we had discussed, including two recessed lights that were run to a new switch in the room that previously only had a pull-cord fixture. When the work was finished, the men were meticulous about cleaning up, sweeping everything up and then using a Shop Vac to make sure they got as much as they could. Top notch, professional work and service and I would definitely have these guys do work in the future.
Description of Work: Demolition and disposal of old plaster ceiling. Installed new drop ceiling with vinyl coated tiles, including wiring a new light switch in the room.

 + -1 moreThey did not return my call after installation. Their website only lists a post office box. At least I saw and verified their insurance. I'm told the price was too high. There was no contract. No receipt. No list of materials purchased. The roof sags due to depressed beams about which I was not informed.
Description of Work: Roof installation, power vent installation.
