Tuning: $75 Second tuning: $20 (piano was untuned for 5 years and had recently been moved to a new location) Repair of broken fall board: no charge Adjustment of flange screws and internal cleaning: no charge Yuri was punctual, professional, friendly, and took the time to do the job right, without any additional charge. HIGHLY recommended!

Yuri is very responsive to phone calls and messages. He returns calls promptly. He is never anything but polite and a gentleman through and through. I will continue to do business with him.
