Wise Home Energy LLC

Two years ago they insulated all walls in our home. A year ago we reached out and asked that they look at a wall in a room that was absolutely freezing cold. They completely missed 2 six feet tall cavities. Kirk said he would do us a favor and finish the job. Gee... thanks. A year later, tons of "I'm working on it", still not done. Now he says he's not getting my texts and that I shouldn't call the office, it's a bad idea. RUN. AWAY. Save yourself the time and headache. Go with any other company.

We got a prompt response with both the quote and scheduling of our insulation. Wise Home Energy did a great job of completing the work in the timeframe scheduled and took great care of our home. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up, as well. We are so glad that we can use this extra room in our house now! We highly recommend them.

Beautiful, is the best way to describe all of the work done for us by Wise Home Energy! I was put in contact with Ryan to come out and give an energy efficiency type report. Very articulate and professional, always willing to answer any questions. Every team member (at least 10 different) was courteous and considerate... I mean no dirt, debris or any tracks left behind in our 3 story home! I could not have been more pleased from the beginning of the Energy Assessment (very easy to read detailed report) all the way thru the planning, the installation, and the post Energy Assessment! And not only did I believe they have given this job serious research in selecting the best heating and insulation equipment in my budget but everyday I know it because I feel it! No more gusts of cold air, no more warm water showers, and a furnace that whispers as it heats every floor. A big plus too is that they back up their work like some other good companies with many years of guarantee, but this company actually stands behind what they promised with a post analysis report. This home was well built in 1885 but having been empty and neglected It needed an expert conscientious crew like what I found with Wise Home Energy! Call this company. They will treat you well!

They were amazing. I had a energy home Audit too from Mike that was amazing. Jeff Flaherty was amazing. Tom and Mike picked up after there self, worked at a great pace. They helped me with a grant so I could afford everything. I trust them so much I let them stay here alone. The job was exactly what I wanted. Other places told me it was not possible. Tom said it sure is and did it. They had great customer service and I recommend them to everyone.

They did a very good job, but their prices were too high and I ended up not using them.  They did a home audit, which seemed like they did a good job on that.  The cost of the audit was picked up by the energy office here.  They were very professional and punctual.  I think they did a good job. 

I think he did a good job. He was willing to take the time to explain what he saw to me. I went up on the roof with him and he was willing to talk around it and answer my questions.

This company was amazing.  All employees were courteous, respectful, and  concerned for my needs.  First Jason conducted a home energy audit, replaced 16 of my light bulbs with LED bulbs.  He then inspected the insulation in my home, ( had very little, well below code), also checked for any gas leaks, and found one with the hot water heated.  They called RGE immediately, to confirm, and then came back to fix it with in a few days.   As soon as we could schedule, Wise Home Energy sent a crew of three very courteous men, to seal and blow insulation in my attack. It took them about 6 1/2 hours to finish the job, in sweltering heat.  The next Monday, Jason came back to insect the work and finalize the job. I would, HIGHLY, recommend this company to all who need to insulate their home.  I am a TOTALLY satisfied customer.  Just to qualify, due to income requirements, this service was at no cost to me.

Jeff and his team are awesome to work with. Even when they encountered an electrical problem from wires being jostled loose on my home built in 1875, they had an electrician come out and fix the problem at no cost. They were very knowledgeable and helped me navigate the whole process with paperwork and NYSERDA. I highly recommend them.
