Steve and his crew did an excellent job installing new wooden steps and a sidewalk made of pavers. He showed great attention to detail and made sure everything was completed to a high standard of quality. The deck turned out really well, he did an excellent job adapting to issues that came up to produce a deck that we are very happy with.

Steve and his crew did an excellent job on our finished basement. We are very pleased with the outcome, and of course the wine room as well. Communication with Steve while the project was ongoing was very easy, and he is responsive to any questions or concerns you may have and takes the time to fully explain. This is the 2nd project we had Weaver Construction do for us. Last year they installed new Trex railings on our deck which look excellent. I would highly recommend Weaver Construction.

From meeting with Steve to install everything went well. Steve initially went through the various products he offered for deck railings, and discussed the differences between each. His quote was prompt as was his response on any questions we had while we made our decision. The quality of work from Steve and his crew was excellent. They were at our house promptly each morning, and the work site at the end of each day was left clean. We are very happy with the outcome of our project, and would certainly recommend Weaver Construction.

The team worked efficiently and diligently. Steve knows his decks and he was on site often checking on quality of his team. Steve and Kim were great to correspond with during the process. Steve was able to guide me in the design decisions so that I am in love with final project. Highly recommend!!

Everything went really well. Steve provided suggestions along the way for improving our vision of the basement. Steve even met us at the paint store and got us a discount on our paint purchase! Steve was very patient with us as well.

Weaver Construction did an excellent job on the egress window in my basement. Steve Weaver came to my house to give me an estimate. He reviewed the different windows available and gave me brochures. He also gave me several pages of references from people who had basement work done.  It was an impressive list for such a small company.
Steve recommended (based on his experience and my need to keep costs down)  the window that would work best in my basement. He presented a professional, detailed contract and gave me a range of time when he would be able to do the work. Steve always kept me informed whether through e-mail or by cell phone of the status of the work, and was available to the town when they called him for information regarding the building permit.
The actual work was done according to the contract. The workers were polite, punctual, and professional. They installed a nice looking egress window and cleaned up the work area.  I am very happy with how everything worked out and would definitely hire this company to do more work in the future.

Hired Weaver Construction to remodel an unfinished basement.  Found Steve on Angie's list and also Facebook.  I hired Steve for his professionalism, attention to detail, and craftsmanship.  He is a one stop shop.  What really sold me was his personal attention to the project.  Steve isn't a contractor who has a huge crew and has multiple projects going at one time.  So when your project is going on that's his main focus.  He doesn't sub contract out unless he absolutely has to.  Case in point.  The town required for the permit an extra fresh air intake into the HVAC.  Steve did an excellent job hooking into existing HVAC.  We are very pleased at our newly finished space.  I would hire Steve again for another project.  Steve was very punctual and I was always able to get a hold of him for any questions or concerns.  Project was estimated to take 4-6 weeks and was done in 3!

The service was great. Everything they did was very good. We were happy with their service.

It's just a small company, there's just a couple of them, but he was very reasonable. The room they did was just gorgeous, everybody that walks by thinks it's just beautiful. And for what we paid, it was unbelievable. We got some feedback from other places and it was going to be way more than what he charged us. He was here everyday, all day, and very personable and any questions I asked, he knew what he was talking about. His craftsmanship really stood out. The work is really good. We built a ranch and we built a room downstairs, it's 900 sqft. and it's just as nice as up here, so really I want that floor two story up. We had no complaints. I had a light that went bad and he came that day and fixed it. He put in a floor up here, in the main valley of the house for us, after we saw the work he was doing down there, we had him put it in up here too. I'd definitely recommend him. I have already recommended him to a few people.

The overall experience from the obtaining the estimate to completing  the project within the time frame specified,   When adjustments were made, we were promptly supplied with an amended work order detailing the changes and cost.  
Steve produces excellent results for remodeling etc.
