We had some really wide soffits that needed replacing, Walters price was substantially cheaper than other estimates and he was willing to throw in little extras like caulking, painting, gutter cleaning/patching as well as floor repair. Due to weather the project started late and he got called away to fix roofs during the rainy season so, the job was completed a few weeks late. Sometimes days would go by and we wouldn't hear from them when we'd expected them to show up. Fortunately, we weren't in a big hurry and the soffits looked good upon completion. However, nails and soffit material were left scattered around which we had to clean up. Also, some paint splattered on porch and bricks were not cleaned up. A few gutters still leaked after they left. They fixed some of them when they started my siding project the next year. During that project he again did some extra things like reattaching shingles that had come down in a wind storm. The siding looked good when they finished but, again we had to do some picking up after they left. A couple of gutters still continue to leak but, I felt bad asking them to come all the way back out to Brockport, since that was something he was just kind of throwing in to help us out. I do plan to use them again for a roofing job next year but, I also know what to expect for the price.
