WALTER'S PAINTING & REMODELING

He did a descent job. The work wasn’t as good as they had done in the past. The first year he did a great job. I called him back to redo the work. Second year the painting did not look as nice and I thought he did not do a nice job. He said that the shingling wasn’t good and did the cover well. That was his remarks. He had done an excellent job in the past. He was a good worker. He tries to do a good job. He said that it was a learning experience for him this time. One problem I had with him is that I had hard time understanding him, because his English isn’t really good. I think that was one of my problems with him. He was a hard worker. Everything I had him do in the past, he did a good job and that’s why I kept calling him back. The last job was not done well. He did come back and redid the section of the painting but he didn’t the rest of the work. He did not want to do the painting because he thought that it was the problem with the tiles. He was a hard worker but he wasn’t experienced as the other professionals. Last job was not good but the previous quality of his work was good. I wouldn’t use him in the future.  

If there were any changes to the original work plan Walter's Painting & Remodeling kept me informed. They didn't start anything that was going to cost extra without first asking and getting a go ahead. I had one problem; when I called they sent someone right away to correct it.
