I had a sensor on the back door go bad and like at midnight one night the alarm system went off on the car and it's sitting outside so the neighbors loved that. Every little thing like that just seems to cost you an arm and a leg. I know you are paying for their expertise and you're paying for the building and the parts that they have in inventory and you're paying for the technicians but that is problem with the dealership. You're paying an exorbitant amount to get something fixed. It took a couple days.

I have newer cars so I use mostly the dealership right now. I was under warranty so there was no charge. It took an hour for the oil change. They told me that everything looked good. It was overall good. There was a part that they had to order and I had to go back for it.

I wasn't very happy with them at all. They didn't seem to be too knowledgeable about the problem I was having. They tried to tell me I needed to do brakes. I went back to my auto mechanic after that and they said I didn't need brakes. They were dishonest and they're trying to run the price up finding different things wrong. I had a fan replaced and they recommended that I go with the manufacturer's parts. I haven't been very happy with it. It made a lot of different noises and it had to be adjusted a couple of times. It still has some of the noises. It got to the point where these guys were saying that it was the normal functionality. Their pricing was typical but they added things that didn't need to be added.

There was no cost. It was warranty repair. Their pricing is fair. Even when I've had to pay for repairs, they were not out of line. Generally I've been satisfied with them. But, there have been a couple of times where repairs have taken longer than I would have liked.

I wish there was a "maybe" option for "would you use this business again", because if my circumstances were different, I might. I am writing this review as a customer with poor but improving credit and not a lot of cash. It started out well enough, the sales woman was friendly and pleasant. I was not expecting to try to get the first car I looked at from the first dealership I went to. She asked questions to find what I wanted and what monthly payment I felt comfortable with, what I had for down payment and trade in. She initially was going to offer $300 for my trade but increased it to $700.  Then the pressure began. She attempted to make me feel as if I should trust her because she was also woman. Then after test drive she said she was positive they could get me the car at the payment I wanted with the resources I had available but she absolutely insisted on a $700 down payment right then and there. Since I hadn't planned on a purchase that day I didn't have the cash. She didn't say outright that they wouldn't make the attempt without the down payment right then and there but she had me checking the balances on my cards to see if I could get it that way. She actually pushed for more but that was all I had available at the time. I told her I would rather wait to see about the financing before putting a down payment on it but she insisted repeatedly that she was 100% sure I would get the payment I wanted, so I gave in after reassurance from the finance person that he too was certain he could get the financing. I should have just thanked them for there time right then and there and left. When I got home that evening I went on truecar.com to search for that type of car to see what else might be available locally, just in case, and I found that very same one listed, it was the very same car with the same VIN listed for $10991, this was not the price she told me originally as their asking price. The price she first told me was about $1000 more, but she told me she got it down to that price "to help me" get the car. She told me I would be driving home in that car that day. I do know dealers give truecar users a discount, but it would have been more honest of her to tell me "its on true car for 10991 and that's the price well give you even though you didn't find it on truecar."Then the finance guy came out and said the finance company required some kind of extra inspection before approval and it wouldn't be until the next day that I could take possession. The day I was to go, I was in an accident after dropping kids off at school. I called her to tell her, she told me it was not going to change my payments too much and to still come for it at the appointed time. A few minutes later she called back saying  would need another $400. I told her that was impossible. She asked me to borrow the money from my sister who couldn't spare it right now either. I told her I would be in to get my refund and she started saying "I can't believe you are letting this go after all we did to help you."! I said "after knowing what I've been through this morning, I can't believe you are trying to make ME feel guilty about it as if I don't feel bad enough." She claims she wasn't trying to lay a guilt trip on me and she didn't know how "the bank" wanted to handle the refund but she would ask the finance guy and he would call me back. He called me back and I let him know how I felt about how she tried to guilt me. He assured me that is not the way they do business and he would have my refund check ready for me. He also mentioned they were going to give me $1400 for my trade before the accident. When I got there, he took me to his office, explained they aren't in business just to make a profit, they want to build loyal customers through great customer service and to call him personally when I was in a position to be able to get the financing, $2000 for a down payment. I thanked him and left. If you have decent credit or a good amount for down payment, this place does have nice cars and I have no doubt that you can get a good deal, but if you have a lower credit score and not much down, either keep saving or go else where unless you are the type of person who can withstand the typical sales tactics, which, I admit, I am not. I do appreciate the effort they made, I just wish the saleswoman would have quit the high pressure tactics once it was clear the deal was dead, she really is a nice person, they all were, just a little too strong, in my opinion. I think they would find that sometimes less is more when dealing with customers.

It is free because if you buy your vehicle there they do the oil changes for free. I use them exclusively since I bought the vehicle in 2007. It started out rocky but I got to him them kudos for I were to buy another vehicles I would buy it there. They pretty much do anything I ask them to do. I don't have any issues with them at all. They are very good. They changed a lot of their people, right now I don't really have anything that I think that they could change except they need to expand their parking area. There is not enough parking for when you bring your vehicle in for service. Everybody is friendly, they are willing to go the extra mile. I request a certain mechanic and I get the mechanic.

We had a 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Larado.  We went to upgrade during one of their sale events at Vision Kia, 2552 Rochester. Rd., Canandaigua, NY.   Our sales person was a man named Anthony Deys and his "manager" Shawn.  They introduced us to a Jeep Liberty, 2010.  They made several promises that were not delivered: 
trade in listed as $2000 originally and then allowed $1000. 
Never got the Kelly book price.  Later we found that Kelly Book listed a similar Jeep Liberty as $18,900 and we paid $21,900 even though the sales were "offering many cars at thousands below the list price to sell"
Mileage was given as 28 mpg highway.  The liberty gets 16 mpg.
Tow package was promised, then downgraded to "at dealers cost" nothing put in writing.  
Ninety days  no payments, no down payments.  Promised not delivered.  Payments were scheduled  in  one month.  We went back the next day and asked about this and the phrase was "we changed that to give you a better interest rate" because the bank gave them a kick back.
 
Other problems:  Paper work was sloppy, crossouts, Bill's name misspelled.
We were under stress because of a dental appointment later that morning.  Anthony had to have the transaction done "that day".
Running boards were promised, put in writing and delivered.
We signed a "gap insurance" policy that stated if the vehicle was destroyed we would have been responsible for the $3,000 difference in price.  Canandaigua National Bank financed our vehicle at the higher price at a higher interest rate because we had a good credit rating.  The loan was a safe loan for them and was 75 months of payments for us.
We are planning to never deal with any Vision Dealer or Canandaigua National Bank again

They are awesome. It was a great experience. They did everything they could to meet our price, and make sure we were at the monthly payment we asked for. They also gave us extras that weren?t included in the price to make sure we were a happy customer. Anyone looking to buy a new car should go there. They found us a bank for 2 points less than what they thought they were going to find.
