I would use them again in future. Overall, it is pretty good. There are places with dead zones/ areas where the bars are so low that I can't get service but I don't think that would be better with anybody else.

My wife has a smart phone and I have a simple phone. I usually do not loose calls. My wife uses hers for her business. We have the family plan because it is cheaper. The price is outrageous. We will continue to use them.

We have two phone lines on our plan. They are very good and very helpful. I have never shopped around for another carrier because I have such good service with Verizon. I am very happy with them and I will continue my service through Verizon.

Their service has been fantastic, but their prices are too high. They have really good coverage, but they are pretty expensive.

I've been using them for about eight years. I have a smart phone. Their service and coverage is great. I really haven't had any problems. It's easy to pay my bills online. Anytime I've had a problem with the phone I have just taken it in, and they have been able to resolve it very quickly. I'm very happy with them.

I am happy with them. I've been with them for many years. I have unlimited minutes and unlimited texting. I pay between $50-$100 a month. I haven't had any issues with them.
