I didn't understand anything.?I appreciate it. He could have totally taken me to the bank but instead, he pretty much walked me through everything he was doing and told me what was wrong. He made it real simple, he showed me exactly what he was doing, and what was wrong. He showed me how it was broken. I just appreciate it. I still have to have that part put in, so he will come for another visit. That was really good though because got me going through the rest of the winter. I don't really think he could have done anything different or better. I'm not a professional in that field or anything, but I was totally satisfied with what he did. He came right out. He showed up when he was supposed to.
