Underground Paint Shop

Unbelievably well!! I used to paint cars and do body work, so my expectations were very high, even if it was just a minivan. I stopped in for an estimate from Mark, and had a firm price within 15 minutes that was less than half of the estimate from another shop in the area. Of course I was a little worried that he had to be cutting corners to be so much cheaper, but as I looked around the shop and saw how efficiently the shop was being run, I took a chance. The car was done within 4 days, freshly painted and washed, and the work was excellent, even to my standards. It's now a year after the repairs, and the paint and work has held up beautifully. This shop is a hidden gem. Check it out! I refer all my friends there. If you see how many cars are on his lot in a given day or week, you'll understand how many satisfied customers Mark has. Outstanding customer service and attention to detail.

Our family has used Mark's services before & as usual,  the whole process went very smoothly.  We took the car to him for an estimate.  The estimate was very fair and he said we could keep the car & he would  order the bumper and get it painted .  We could then bring the car in and  get the bumper installed and he would do the rest of the work.  The result was this reduced the time we were without the car (2 days)  & the job was outstanding.

I dealt directly with the proprietor Mark. I required alot of flexibility and communication over the course of a number of weeks to set up the job.  Mark exceeded expectations, always responding to me immediately, readily agreeable, professional and fair. He even got back to me when he was on a trip in Florida.  He also came in on a Saturday to accommodate me. Only once was there a delay in responding and that was when his son had a boxing match -- an excellent reason!
His facility is impressive: new, very clean, and well organized with tools and paint booths.  From the vehicles I saw in his shop, he does a whole range of work in the paint and body area.  As to quality, the results are, so far, amazing. I only say 'so far,' because the job is less than a week old and paint can sometimes peel over months and I obviously don't have visibility to that yet.  That said, Mark's description of his multi-stage surface prep process left me assured that the job was done right.  This is definitely a place I trust with my vehicle.  I plan on bringing in my BMW Convertible for some touch up next.  

The appointment was on time and the work was excellent You can't see where he phased the paint in and I don't think a Pro could tell that work had been done. The owner was real easy to work with and even did some small extra things on the car. The car was ready when promised and the price was good. In all, a transaction you don't see too often these days!

The job went very well from start to finish. I searched for shop's from Angie's list with A ratings. Mark had a A rating and was close to where I live, so I thought I would call him and get an estimate from him first. I called Mark and visited his shop shortly afterward. Mark was very professional. He looked over the area of concern. He explained to me what he would do to repair the quarter section of the car, as well as blending the paint into the door as well as the quarter panel to match the painted quarter panel. Mark also paint in some scratches in the bottom clatting of the car. Mark then talked about the materials he uses, how he guarantees rust, where others don't or won't. We then visited his paint area where he mixes the paints needed to perform the job on site. After taking to Mark about the job, and how knowledgeable he was when it came to collision repairs, I felt confident Mark was the right person to perform the work on my vehicle. I didn't need to search out other shops. I decided to book the job right then and there. We decided on a date when to bring it in, and he said he would complete it within 2-3 days. Dropped it off on a Monday and picked it up early Wednesday morning. The car looked excellent. You would never know know there was damage to the quarter at all. Mark did so many little extra's to the car, that my Wife commented it looked like a new car. For a 10 year old car, it looked brand new. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I can't say enough about Mark and the excellent work he performed and going the extra yard to clean up several areas of the car upon his own. It's easy to see that Mark takes pride in his work and stands behind it 100%. I would highly recommend Mark to my friends, relatives and anyone on Angie's list looking for collision work.

He is wonderful to deal with and convenient, I brought it in at 8 in the morning on saturday and it was ready by noon. The job looks beautiful. I think he did an outstanding job. He is great!
