As always, they got me right in and the PA was professional and very helpful. I'm extremely happy with Dr. Kramer (my Primary Care Physician) and her staff.

I called to make an appointment as a new patient. First, I had to listen to a long lost of messages before I even got to the options. I selected the option to make an appt. I was on hold for a minute or two. After taking my name and birthday I was asked if I was a new patient which I was. I was transfered to the 'new patient' line. I waited over 5 minutes. I was then asked the same questions. When I was told that they would not make an appt. until they got the records from my previous doctor, I protested that if I did that I would have no doctor in the interim of the old doctor sending the records and my seeing the new doctor. They refused to make an appt. saying that this is the way they do their business. This is outrageous. How can they expect someone to go without a doctor for THEIR convenience?

She has been a highly competent and committed professional through all of my serious and less serious illnesses and conditions. I find her caring as well as very informative and willing to take as much time as necessary to care for me and to let me know what's going on.

She has helped my mother a lot. She deserves high grades as she was able to work along with my mother.
