They sent a text and said on the way, then at the end of the day said they were not coming. This happened two weeks in a row and no one from the local office in Rochester called to explain what happened and when they would get it done. i just want the last treatment completed and don't understand why the would not get here first since I was skipped twice. Customer service is out of town, can't contact the local office via phone. It is very frustrating and no way to treat a customer.

Reasonably well. They are always trying to bring you more services, just say no.

Truegreen Land Care does a good job on my lawn. They come out four times a year and do a quality job. They treat me like a valued customer and treat my lawn as if it were their own. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Not sure if I would hire True Green Land Care for any future jobs because I am not that impressed with their work.

I have been using TrueGreen Lawn Care for 15 plus years. They keep the lawn looking great. I would refer them to others. We even used them in our old house.

The only thing that I would be concerned about is that TrueGreen Land Care gives you a yearly price. During the year they ask for more jobs like trimming the bushes or aerating the lawn for another price. When I get a price I feel it should be all included.

I have used TrueGreen for several years. We are going to get another estimate from someone else who does my daughters lawn, which looks better than ours. For the most part they aren't too bad, they did burn a part of the lawn once from over spraying.

We have used True Green Land for years. In the past they were great, but this year I think that they sent out someone that was a little inexperienced he lawn was uneven, due to the way they spread the fertilizer. I may have to look for a new company. I'm not sure.

I am very pleased with the results by TrueGreen Land. They also call before they come out and I really appreciate that. I will continue to use them and recommend them.
