Work was well done and on time as promised.  Plumber explained changes to be done and asked me for input. Very pleased with this company. This is an old family firm that has been in business for about three generations. Recommend them highly.

Eric Trenkler has been our go to guy for many years. He is professional, knowledgable, and very efficient. We would highly recommend him to those who need a plumber!

I was very pleased with Eric's work.  He was prompt in his communications, and on time for the appointment (even a bit early). Eric worked efficiently and effectively. He was thorough, and answered all my questions. He is knowledgeable, and knows his craft. i would not hesitate to use him again, or to recommend to friends.

There is exactly one "do". Use Eric Trenkler for any plumbing needs. I've used Trenkler Plumbing for 15 + years. Eric is an extremely bright person and consummate plumber, continuing a family owned business of several generations. He is prompt and professional, yet friendly and personable. His charges are fair. Parenthetically, Eric is a superb conversationalist on any number of subjects. Don't worry, he will in no way chew your ear off (and charge you for the time); no, it's a matter of when you've known him a long time, and if you are so inclined, you somehow find yourself engaged in conversation with a broadly knowledgeable, articulate person. Here is an excellent plumber and fabulous person. I wish he did everything; fix my car and do housekeeping!

Great experience overall. Job was done in the promised timeframe and quality of work was great. Was a pleasure to work with Trenkler Plumbing. Could have been a little more communicative during the process (periods of no contact, etc.) but a nice family run business, would recommend them.

Eric repaired the leaky faucet right away, and used the plunger to fix the clogged drain (it's still slow, however), then spent about a half hour trying to figure out the toilet problem. He gave me quite the lecture on how awful Kohler toilets are (this was a Kohler toilet) and how impossible it is to get parts for them. Eric tends to talk way too much, and doesn't listen hardly at all. He handed me a brochure on Toto toilets which he recommended and called me a week later to say that he found the part to fix the toilet, but it would cost $450 between the part and the labor and I'd still have a 20 year old toilet, so I should get a new $700 Toto toilet instead. That seemed like a crazy price, so I waited a few weeks, checking out toilets - in the meantime we couldn't use the leaky one at all. After checking at Lowe's, Home Depot and VP Supply for toilets, and rechecking Angie's list, I found another plumber who installed a less expensive Toto toilet for $100 less than Eric wanted to charge me - total cost for the toilet was $378 including labor. Another thing I found annoying was that Eric kept mispronouncing my name even after I corrected him several times - not a big deal, just annoying. Eric needs to get over hiimself.

He had helped me over the phone with some negotiations. He showed up on time and always got back to me. He was a very good communicator and did a very good job. My overall experience with him was great.

I called Eric, and he was able to stop the next day. He was on time, very professional, and did the work quickly. He explained what he was doing and why, and outlined what steps we will have to take in the future for a permanent solution. Our drain was totally clogged and he cleared it. We probably need to replace some pipes down the road, but there was absolutely no pressure to do so now. Eric gave me a rough estimate, but said he would be happy to stop back for a formal quote if we proceed with the bigger work.

Called Trenkler based on recommendations on Angie's list. I was not disappointed! Eric came out and was able to perform the replacement and provided future plumbing recommendations. I will certainly use them in the future for my plumbing needs

Eric called me back 20 minutes after I phoned (amazing!) and after dicussing our issues in detail, he explained that he would need to order some parts. A week later, he called me back and set up the appointment. Three days later, he arrived on time and fixed both of our issues, explaining what needed to be done and cleaned up beautifully afterwards (more than he needed to!)

I liked them very much. They had a very prompt response and a very reasonable price. He seems to be honest. He didn't seem to be trying to sell me what I didn't need.

We were experiencing a leak in our basement so we called Trenkler Plumbing. Eric came to our house within a day of calling for an estimate. He called prior to his arrival and gave us an estimate for doing the job. We set up an appointment for the following week to have the work done. Eric called again prior to his arrival and performed the work as specified. He was extremely professional and friendly during the whole time he was here. He brought in appropriate floor covering for the powder room and his clean-up was excellent.

The problem seems to be fixed after a few shower runs, so we're VERY happy with Trenkler service.

The work was done quickly, all of my questions were answered, and everything was neatly cleaned up. All of the leaks are gone. Did not seem to mind that I watched him work and was very friendly. Mr. Trenkler also suggested a new shut off valve for the main water supply and gave me an estimate to put in a new toilet.

This was not the first time that I have used this company. I thought that they were very quick, thorough, and careful. They take off their boots when they come in. I believe they are a small family owned business and I think they do excellent work.
