Jordan went up on all four sides of my 2 story house to see where squirrels were trying to enter. They weren't getting into the attic yet as there is foam insulation covering the inside. The trouble spots were caused by rotting wood. What T&C could do would be a temporary fix and a roofer was needed. When everything is repaired if the squirrel(s) continue trying to get in, I won't hesitate to have T&C return. The assessment was VERY reasonable.

After several phone calls to other services only Town & Country agreed to respond. They were there in a few hours & alleviated the issue. I agreed to a $50 upcharge for whole property guarentee. I needed to use that guarentee a short time later & I suspected the tree in the front yard would not be covered. It was in fact covered & resolved in a very reasonable amount of time. Professional all the way.

I had one company try and get rid of the bees that were very close to my home and starting to get agitated. They attempted to get rid of them only to have them come back. The bees were getting into my home starting on Friday and it became a dire situation on Saturday (My son was stung in the stomach on Friday ). I called Town and Country on Friday in the afternoon and they were here on Saturday!! Town and Country were able to come out on Saturday and get rid of the Bee they did an incredible thourough job. They knew exactly what to do and they seemed to know exactly what they were talking about. They were outside in my home treating for the bees I really appreciate their attention to details as well as responsiveness in all aspecs of this emergency. We have been keeping an eye out for the bees to return so far so good

Technician called to let me know that he could come early so he was prompt. He listened attentively and explained what he would do. He was knowledgeable and applied poison and closed holes. He answered questions I had. He was efficient and helpful. I do not yet know if it was successful because it takes time to work.

It was a difficult situation that required an exterminator with expertise and experience. Every technician that came to my home was professional, courteous and respectful. They definitely know what they are doing and explained every step of the process. At times, I was frustrated not with them but with the situation and customer service patiently helped me through the process. The service had a 6 month guarantee so that was very beneficial. I would definitely hire them again!!! A+

I am not happy with them. They were very nice guys and put down the bait. They explained very carefully that at first I can see the material turning green because what they put down was a little green dough squares but it never ended. I called them back and informed them that I was concerned that I was still having this problem. I have had pest controlling before and got rid of them using a different kind of application which was a long time back. I continued to find mouse toes and as late as last week while cleaning out the closet though there were certainly no food items for some reason the mice like coming to the bedroom areas. I don't know what these guys did not do right because they went outside and looked carefully for any entrance areas. They confirmed that they had corrected them maybe they need to change the bait that they use.

"Hi [member name removed], I am sory you are not happy about your service. I am having a very hard time following what exactly your complaint is/was by this review. The techs generally come to your home and seal exterior holes on the outside, which i what was done. This is meant to stop them from coming back in again. Some may get trapped inside and this is what the bait is used for (green blocks) The green blocks work very well and is a Coumadin based product. It eccenually quickly dehydrates the mice. The blocks will last for years many times as long as moisture does not destroy them. We can not make the mice rush to eat the blocks the moment we place them, which is why we need to allow 3 weeks to pass before a retreat. Mice eat at their own pace and eventually will find the bait within a few days and then the bait takes approximately 3 to 4 days to activate in the mouse. I noticed that we did 1 retreat just after a month. We then no longer ever had to come back to your home. This service came with a 6 month guarantee on eradication of mice. So since we never needed to come back, it is under our impression that the mice did stop coming into your home like we promised. We hope all worked out well and I feel like there may have been some misunderstanding at the get go through communication. Thanks"

I've been having Town and Country do my bee proofing for several years now.
They always send me a reminder in the spring, which I appreciate because I lose track of when it's the best time to bee proof.
I have an acre property with a large garden and dozens of fruit trees, so bees can be a problem in my house and barn.
The bee proofing done by Town and Country is well done.
I get an all-season guarantee.
This past year was the first time I actually had to call them back for a bee problem mid-season in my house.
Some bees had found a tiny crack in the siding on my house near the roof and had built a nest in the wall of my house. I could hear them during the night in my bedroom. It took a while, and 2 more visits by Town and Country, to figure out where they were getting in, but eventually we found the spot. Town and Country then treated the area, which killed off the existing nest.
I would definitely recommend Town and Country Solutions to anyone looking for quality bee proofing.

It was super easy to set up the appointment via email. They were out to the house within two days of contact. Mike, the technician, was really great. Explained everything. I really like that they use natural products - I could stay in the house while he sprayed. And within 24 hours - all the huge spiders who had been living inside and outside my house were no longer. Will definitely use them again!!

They were able to perform the job very quickly. Bees were eliminated with a powder that was injected into the wall. The technicians took the time to tell me exactly what to expect in the days following the treatment. Guarantee for the job was longer than a competing company and the cost was substantially less. Both the technicians were professional and courteous.

The experience started well when I first made phone contact with Town and Country. The aide who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and was able to set up appointment convenient for me. The two technicians who arrived (on time) were knowledgeable and well trained. They took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do to deal with the insect infestation in my rental unit. The non-toxic, all-natural treatment proved effective, and there has been no recurrence in the four and a half months as the work was done. I was well satisfied and will continue to use Town and Country for any future problems.

Excellent service...only had to be out of house for about a half day...was able to keep cats on our porch. Treatment was not harmful to animals or people.

I called in the morning and they came out the same afternoon! They sprayed to make sure the treatment was effective. He provided instructions on accurate nest removal a week later. He informed me that we needed to leave the nest for a week to make sure all of the wasps that move in and out of the nest throughout the days would be affected. He gave a lot of great information about how the wasps move around and how to remove it after the week was up.
