It went great. John came out and gave me an estimate in the summer of 2016. We ended up having to wait until 2017 but in my case anyway (can't say this would happen for every one) but they honored the quote from 2016 much to my pleasure. I interviewed 4-5 more roofers before deciding on Todd Fritz. They did the job, they did it reasonably quickly. It was a full tear off on the house and just new shingles on the detached garage. The team were nice guys, they were efficient and they cleaned the place up. I could not have been happier. The following summer I had the house sided by a different company and they did a crappy job replacing the gutters to the point that I did not trust the gutters to stay up in the winter so I called John and they showed up, inspected and replaced all my gutters, dirt cheap (no reason for them to do it for free as they didn't cause the issue) I am sorry to see the negative reviews as my experience was top notch and I would have no hesitation to hire them or recommend them!

I did many hours of research, and got quotes from many installers before selecting Todd Fritz. I was looking for a GAF certified installer, preferably Master Elite. Todd met with me personally, performed the measurements and wrote me a quote on the spot. His quote was the most detailed and thorough, and his price was very competitive. Many of the other big name roofing companies sent slick sales people, but with Todd I felt like I was dealing an experienced and knowledgeable roofer. His crews are employees, not contractors, and they were very professional, courteous, clean and efficient. Todd was very responsive during the quoting and scheduling process and the job started and completed on time as he promised. I would recommend him without hesitation.

They did a great job! Many people in our neighborhood had this company do their roofs. So we saw how nice those roofs looked ahead of time. And our roof looks just as nice after they did their job! And we get some really big wind storms. This is our second winter since the new room and ALL is great!

Contractor did a good job. Installed a GAF roofing system. Most of the work was done in a couple days and cleaned up when the job was finished. If there was a problem or the wrong material was on site, it was corrected promptly. The Contractor included a manufacturer's warranty upon completion.

First off, they completed the job in one day, but put 9 guys up on my roof at one time to do that. Secondly, I never got the ice guard I paid for, and only learned that approx. 2 years ago when I had to put a new roof on it. When my gutters where installed, the sub contracted company shorted me 4" on all ends of the house. Therefore, the gutters came up short by 4" on all ends of the house, so I had nothing but water problems dripping off the corners of my house creating water problems. There answer to this was to cut the end caps off and extend the gutters with a 4" piece, which the seams quickly started to leak after about a year. They put thinner plywood on my house than I paid for, and I could go on. Shingles did not hold up any longer than 10 years without losing all their grit causing streaks, and they never fixed a rafter that was sagging. Sometimes you get what you pay for, and cheaper is not necessarily better. Do yourself a favor and keep looking.

Things went very well throughout the entire process.  I contacted two businesses for a quote on our roof.  Todd Fritz got back to me the very next day to set up the appointment for the estimate.  He came and gave the estimate before I even heard from the other company.  I was so pleased with the interactions and price I decided to go with them without the other quote.  I felt that their price was fair and they were able to proceed quickly since it is January in Rochester.  They arrived on time and worked quickly to have the job done.

The guys arrived within a few minutes of when they were estimated. They kept me updated as to the time frame of the job. They worked efficiently, cleaned efficiently, and did an excellent job. I am very pleased with all of the work they did. I can see the specific improvements for issues that my roof was having. I would definitely recommend Todd Fritz to friends and family.

Exceptional! Had 6 guys out, worked hard, were done by 3 in afternoon.

I am extremely pleased with Todd Fritz Inc.  I worked mainly with John Chatt and his Foreman Steve.  Both John and Steve were respectful, professional, punctual, and pleasant to work with.  John was easy to talk to about any questions I had.  He always called me right back and addressed any concerns I had and always exceeded my expectations in addressing them.  He also helped me with the color of my roof and he chose a great color to match my house.  I would HIGHLY recommend Todd Fritz Inc.  I felt comfortable with the price, the people working on my house, their punctuality, their niceness and professionalism.  They cleaned up my yard impeccably and I never heard one concern from my neighbor next door.  If you need a roof, do yourself a favor and call these people!

He did a great job.  I tried to contact him recently for additional services and was unable to locate him. 

The whole team of workers were polite, hard-working, efficient, and knowledgeable about their job.  Mr. Fritz was courteous, not only to me, but to his workers which I feel is crucial to having a job done right.  I was very pleased. His team finished my roof in one day, didn't quit till everything was cleaned up.  AND  Best price out of several estimates.

This is the second time I've used Todd Fritz for a roof job - I also own a property in the city that required a new roof in 2006.  So the fact that I've used him twice for two different roof jobs should attest to home confident I am with this team.  His price is always competitive with other estimates - I found a few lower, but after researching their quality, I wasn't impressed and stuck with Todd Fritz.  The team was great, arrived timely and cleaned up the yard without a problem.  I'd certainly recommend them to anyone.

From the estimate to actual service there was COMPLETE PROFESSIONALISM. The workers did a very good job. They were polite, cleaned up everyday, and did an excellent job.
