Appliance Repair
Maytag came out within a couple days of when we called. Wish they would of came faster. They did have to order a part, so we were out a freezer for about a week or two. Other then that we had a good experience with Maytag.

I was very frustrated with Maytag Appliances. They broke the motor, and it then took them numerous visits over a month before they were able to fix the washer. I wouldn't even consider hiring them again after they handled the situation so ineffectively.

It seemed that I was getting the run-around with customer service at Maytag Appliances. I felt the automated phone service was confusing. Once the tech got here, they did a good job and everything is fine.
