In general, pleased with the look.  They seemed rushed though and some of the lines are quite crooked on what was expected to be a straight edge, and there are some noticeable fluctuations in the level of the concrete in some areas.  The water pools in some areas but in general, we think it is going to drain ok, the winter will be the true test though.  I had quite a bit of landscape work to do after including needing to roll my lawn afterwards due to the cement truck leaving deep divots and also needing to reseed quite a bit of grass around the patio area.  I would have been understanding of this if I was just forewarned, but when I had asked him about what kind of follow-up work I'd need to do prior to the job he had indicated that "they are in the business of doing a good job and there really shouldn't be much clean-up work".  In general he got back to me eventually, but there was some lag often in email correspondence which left us feeling a little nervous about him understanding what our wishes were for a pretty expensive project we didn't want to get wrong.
