Terminix - Rochester -Termite & Pest Control

For the last two years, I have had an invasion of yellow jackets into small crevices on the exterior of the house. I contacted Terminix and they notified me that the treatment of the yellow jackets was something that my contract covered. Six appointments were scheduled over the course of five months. The first Terminix representative stated that he was "very scared of heights and couldn't go on the roof." The second Terminix agent that showed up to the house stated that "I don't ride with a ladder." The third scheduled appt was a no-show and the fourth scheduled appointment resulted in a different agent showing up and doing a mild spray and he told me to contact him on his mobile phone number to get the rest of the job done. I attempted to contact the agent, as requested, on his mobile phone and he never responded back. The fifth apt was scheduled with an office manager who never showed up. Mind you, I am a physician and canceling patients for this incredibly poor service and incredibly poor professionalism.

I actually signed up for a control service which is for a year which covers my termites, roaches and mostly any pests. So it's an $83 per month payment for a year. There was some miscommunication. I called them several times and they never called me for the following day appointment till like 8:00 o'clock the night before the appointment, so that was disappointing to me. Probably I'm going to like a program where you can  pay monthly to control and if you need them to come out, they come out, I think that's a pretty good program. I've been using them for just a couple of months.

Not well, continued to have issues with carpenter bees after several treatments

We are happy with their service. We are not home when they do it but we are happy with the absence of bugs.

They came out the next day to check.  Originally, the person on the phone wanted me to sign up for a 1 year contract.  The person who came to my house thought that might be a little more than I needed since we are almost at the end of the summer.  We talked about price options and found one that would work best for my situation.  He treated the problem and guaranteed the work for 30 days.

It's positive. They're prompt and we haven't had any bugs. I would use them again in the future.

Since they began, we have quarterly service and no problems with the ants. We've had the same professional each time and he's always polite, punctual and efficient. They will come in between scheduled visits if any problems arise, which is very helpful. Polite phone manner when we call, which is also beneficial.

Any time we have problems, they are right out taking care of it.  They go through all kinds lengths to make sure everything is taken care of, unlike the company I had before.  This guy looks for evidence and takes care of it, so I am very satisfied.  Their price is average.

I recommend this company.  I have been using them for five or six years and I've never had a problem with them.  When I have seen insects in between the three month timeframes, the company comes out and resolves the issue.  I always feel safe even when they are at home.

They come automatically, and take care of whatever they notice as the problem. They follow up to make sure that their people are doing their jobs. They are very thorough. The overall experience is good. The price is competitive. I find that they are professional. I would absolutely use Terminix in the future.

They have always been good at calling and emailing to remind me of my service date. They come as planned. They provide a really good service that seems to work out well.

They did a good job.  We had some elder bugs and a couple mice.  They use pesticides that are pet and people friendly that won't harm anyone.  They also give you a bottle of spray just in case there are a couple that weren't caught in the initial spray but they are always willing to come back if needed at no extra charge.
