They did a very professional job. I contracted for the work with just a handshake. He did exactly what he said he would do, and at the agreed upon price. He left the yard in very good shape. Was very neat and thorough. When he inspected the site he gave me good advice about what needed to be done. He listened to what I wanted to do, answered my questions about potential ways to do the job. I had trouble even getting contractors to bid on the job. Those that did gave me ridiculous bids, so I felt he gave me a fair bid. His other son came later and did the finish grading and hydroseeding. There was a long period of time to get the job started; I had to get town permits, and he had to find free time and had to rent a special power hammering tool, which took a while to become available. but the job itself was done in a single day. I've been pleased with the work.
Description of Work: Ted and his son filled in an inground gunite swimming pool. This involved breaking up the gunite pool bottom and sides, then filling in the hole with soil. They also graded the yard so that it matched the profile of the adjacent yard of mine, and of my neighbor.
