We just purchased a new house in the spring and partway through the summer (after moving in, of course), we noticed a number of wasps flying in and out through 2 holes in the siding of our front porch overhang. After reading around online, I purchased some Delta dust, which did kill a few, but shortly thereafter, they stopped using the hole and we started seeing them flying around inside the house. One of our bedrooms over the porch had a large (50+) number of wasps hanging out on inside of the windows trying to get out.
I immediately searched around for a pest control company and ended up calling Target, based on their Angie's rating and another family member's recommendation. They booked me an appointment for the next day. Unfortunately, they called the next day to reschedule, since they had another emergency issue on the other side of town. I was ok with that, since the wasps were contained in the spare room, although it was inconvenience, since I'd taken off from work early to meet him.
He arrived on time for the new appointment. Explained that he was going to fumigate the entrance. When I showed him the wasps in the spare room, he fumigated that as well.
The number of wasps dropped off dramatically, but after 4-5 days, we were still seeing a few flying around inside the house, so we called them back. They immediately agreed to come back and apply a second treatment without my needing to be there (covered under the initial charge), which did the trick.
We're planning on getting the full season house treatment this year, to be on the safe side, since we're not certain the queen didn't make it out (very late in the season, so she might have already flown the coop).

I don't have a contract, I just call them once a year.

We had a major ant issue that they were able to fix. We had a rare case where the ants actually had a nest inside the house. I had to have them come out many times in order to fix the issue. I would use them again in the future.

He charged me $125 for the whole job and did not charge me for the times he had to come back. Also he guarenteed it until Jan. 2012. I am very satisfied with the whole job.

They were excellent. The guy was easy to work with and took care of my problem. I am thinking of calling him again because I have carpenter ants. I spent about $100 for the last service; so they weren't that bad, price wise. The guy who came out was knowledgeable and punctual.
