 + -1 moreTamburrino Properties has done a very good job managing my properties, including making them ready to rent, finding good tenants, managing maintenance issues as they arise, and collecting rent. They have a solid understanding of managing rental propeerties in the city, as well as resources to get the job done. I've worked with this group for almost 2 years, and have not had any significant issues during that time.

 + -1 moreThey are very punctual and fair with their pricing. They manage the property very well and make sure the tenants are following the regulations. They are diligent at making sure the tenants are taking care of the property. If their are any repairs that are over $200 they will call you first before they fix the issue. They are a very honest company and I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: They are currently managing a house for me in Rochester. They take the first months rent and then 10% of each additional month after that.

 + -1 moreMy experience overall went well. The staff is friednly and professional. They seem to be knowledgeable in what they are doing. However, they do not do walk thrus which worries me a little because I want to make sure the inside of my home is okay too. Also, every time I call I get the answering machine and have to wait for them to call back. They usually contact me through email. I would not recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Tamburrino provides property management services. I transferred my properties to him only three months ago, after trying two others with terrible results. I received several good reviews of Frank's management before hiring him. The 'B' grades above are only because I have not been able to verify some of these services first hand as yet. But so far he has performed as agreed and I have had no complaints from tenants. The company also seems reasonable in their pricing. I would definitely refer them. J. Perkins
