Frank tamburrino has over 10 years experience in residential real estate. His vast background includes, foreclosures, estates, tax sales, overages, tax certificates, flipping, rehabbing, partition sales, leveraging, home inspection, vacant land, sales, property management, leasing and lead safe work practices. We wanted to create a one-stop-shop for investors and owners where we can locate, purchase, rehab, rent and maintain properties. "This member turned over a property that there was a tenant already in the property when we took over management. She and her old management company did not provide us paperwork about the condition when they moved in or any photos. There is no way for us to know what condition it was in when the tenant moved in. On any new properties, we take pictures and a bid for any work needed and when a tenant moves out we take photos and get an estimate. The tenant was evicted and left in the middle of the night. We are available by fax, email, phone & text. All messages are returned ASAP and most of them right away."
