Superior Exteriors was a month late and didn't call to explain why or apologize. When the workers finally came, they were great and did a good quality job, but the customer service and management department was not responsive and I won't be using them again.

Ken is a good business owner who is into his company. I found out about him through word of mouth. He is very good. This company is small and I like dealing with them. They practically get to me before I have even hung up the phone. That is what I call good service.

We are extremely disappointed with Superior Exterior. They were rude, belligerent and uncaring of our needs. They did not come back to fix the broken gutter system and will not return our calls.
