I’ve lived here for about 6 years and have not had many experiences with this company that didn’t have a problem. In the past few months alone, I’ve had them forget about my delivery, arrive days late while giving countless excuses, and were unable to tell me what’s wrong with my furnace...but have no problem charging the $99.95 service call. They’ve been here twice in a month and it’s broken again. They’re supposed to come today but I won’t hold my breath.

the locked us into a contract without ever saying anything about it. they charged us $1.00 more than kirkwood oil. we broke our contract with them.
