Richard J. Struck was the contractor for insulation, drywall installation, painters, etc. to repair water damage to my son's vandalized home. The work was performed properly and we were all satisfied with the results. However, when the insurance company failed to pay promptly, Mr. Struck placed a lien on the home rather than be patient. When Mr. Struck was paid in full by us, he failed to remove the lien. Now that the house is in the process of being sold, and Mr. Struck has been called about removing the lien, he will not answer his phone. Not recommended unless you can pay cash (and make certain to get a signed receipt)!
