We received a quote for TV installation on a dry wall. After a few days, I called the shop to schedule installation. I was told that Eric the scheduler was not available. They took my information and told me that someone will get back to me. I did not receive any call. After 3 days I called again. I was told that Eric was unavailable again. I left my phone no. and name with them. I did not receive a follow up call. This is unprofessional.

We never heard back from him after two weeks and called the store three times only to hear he was not available and would get back with us. The second time we called we expressed our frustration in which again, they said he was not available. No one cared enough to follow up or ensure that someone would get back with us. Needless to say we are very disappointed.

I needed to replace the non-functioning radio/CD player and keyless remote lock/unlock system on my 11-year old car.  I described what I wanted and the courteous professional staff had that installed and completed within an hour of my arrival there.  I greatly appreciate the fact that I was promptly shown exactly what I had requested and that there were no attempts to talk me into a more expensive upgrade  (as I mentioned above this was for an eleven year old car),  I would definitely come here again for any other stereo/video needs.  They deal in home entertainment electronics as well as for automobiles,

Had them install a Bluetooth radio with DVD player, SiriusXM tuner, and iPod/aux cables into my car. Called on a Saturday morning at open to see if they could do it and by 3 PM that day I was leaving their store with a new radio. They said installation would take 2-3 hours and it was done in less than two. Called several places for quotes and Dave Lane's Stereo Shop was by far the cheapest and back up their labor with a lifetime warranty. Sat and waited for my car to be finished and staff was nothing but polite, courteous, and helpful.

This has been the third time I have used them in the past number of years, and in every instance, it was a positive experience.

They were efficient - they had thought the job might take two days but they had it done in a few hours.  They centered the TV and the multiple pairs of speakers perfectly.  One pair of speakers did not have mounts, but they ran the wire and put screws in the wall for mounting these, as well as giving me advice on what kind of mounts would work.  I ended up doing the final hang of these speakers, and they were also perfect because of the prep and the advice.  The installation wasn't exactly cheap, but the labor rate for the quality of the work was easily worthwhile. I ended up buying a TV mount and an in-wall TV power cable/plug from them, which added to the overall cost.  That was the only thing I would do differently the next time, as I realized I could have saved a few bucks buying these on Amazon.  The convenience that they had these parts readily available in their truck, however, should be taken into account.  My home theater looks and sounds great!  I would recommend them to anyone.

We purchased a new TV for the Kitchen.  We did not have one there previously.  We called them for an estimate to install the bracket on the wall and set-up the TV.  They arrived and started right away. They were flexible and patient. Excellent work.  When they left there was no sign of them having been here. Cleaned up very well.

The installation was perfect -- I cannot add anything more here than I did in the services above.

Very straightforward, described need, made appt., went into sound room & tried out a few systems, chose, and then had installation.

Price was very competitive; in fact they matched a lower sale price I saw in an add from one of the larger electronic stores.  Installation was arranged promptly and team did an excellent job.  Installed TV over fireplace and all other equipment in a side cabinet.  Wires are all hidden behind the walls and we're real happy with both the quality of the equipment we bought and the way they installed it.  In fact, we've gone back and purchased some outside speakers that they are installing soon.

it was a very complex installtion involving several tv's being moved from room to room. they were great!!!!! and extremely reasonabley priced. I highly reccomend the stereo shop over some big chain.

They were good but they were very expensive. They told me it was going to cost $200 and it ended up being $600, so I was disappointed. They were professional and good at what they did, but I already had the TV. They did repair and installation. They do also sell televisions. I spent more than I should have for hanging a TV on the wall.
