We have used them before and the service was good but this last time around Christmas was horrendous. The guys that came tried to up-sell us the entire time. They left our garden hose running. Luckily the grading back there is good and it ran away from the house. Also luckily did not affect our neighbors. Just had a flooded backyard. Absolutely inexcusable whether done on purpose or by accident. This is negligent. When I called I was offered nothing to make up for this. To make matters worse I think the carpet cleaning job was not as good as what we have had done in the past. Won't use them again because they did not do right by us.

I'm not positive if I would use them again. The price was okay. I would probably check Angie's List again to see what else is out there. I wasn't overall totally pleased. I wasn't impressed with their attitude. I didn't think the rugs came out that great. It seems that they skipped some places and were in a hurry. They did an adequate job, but it wasn't great. It happens. They were responsive and right on time.

What stood out the most about them was the fact that they moved the furniture. They really take their time and do a good job. They're reasonable.

Corrie and George were here at the promised time. They were very friendly and courteous. Corrie worked efficiently and was very thorough. He was able to remove some old stains that I thought would never come out. The carpet looks completely refreshed. I will definitely have them back in the future.

They were punctual, pleasant and I was satisfied with the quality of the work. My wallet was sitting on my hall table with my keys, etc. Before they arrived, just to be safe, I counted $48 in my wallet. At bill paying time I picked up my wallet which had $28 in it.

I told this to the head guy who denied any involvement. The head guy made no effort to resolve this, I'm not sure what he should have done. [I suspect he was the guilty party] I did not talk to the helper who was in the truck. They have lost my business forever.

I invited them back again on 8/25/14. The rugs needed cleaning and I was prepared for another theft if it occurred. They promised a service window of 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. With no advance call to adjust the time, they showed up at 5:45 PM. I told them goodbye. No one called from the front office to reschedule or apologize. This wasted 9 hours of my Monday.

They finish in 20 minutes. They didn't move much of the furniture, they didn't get the spot out of the carpet. I felt like i gave my money away. I should have just rented a carpet cleaner machine and do it my self.

When they came on June 14, they sent two young men to clean my carpets. On the ninth day after the cleaning took place, I looked at my stairs, and saw what looked like burns on almost every step on my carpet. I then gave them a call, on the tenth day after the cleaning, and spoke with a supervisor. I explained what had happened with my stairs. He immediately got loud with me, became angry, told me that my 10 days were up. Their paperwork states that problems must be reported within 10 days, and I called them on the 10th day (they were closed on the 9th day, which was a Sunday). He stated that, as a courtesy, he would send someone out to re-clean the carpet, but it wasn't about re-cleaning my carpet. It was about my carpet being damaged. He assured me that there was nothing they could have used that could have damaged my carpet. I assured him that these marks were not on my stairs until after they came out.

I asked him to send the same young men, who had cleaned my carpet, back out so they could tell me what happened to my carpet because it needs to be taken care of. The supervisor sent out two different men to look at the carpet. They came out and claimed they have never seen anything like that before. I did not believe them. The young man who came out said that the only thing he could do was to take the video he took of the carpet to his higher-ups.

I never heard from them after they were here on the 25th, so I called them on the 28th and requested a supervisor to come out and examine the carpet. They told me a supervisor couldn't come out until the week of 8th because they were so busy. After I accepted the date of the 8th, I was then told that the supervisor couldn't come out until the week of the 15th because the supervisor would be on vacation on the week of the 8th.

I feel like they have no intention of fixing what they have done wrong and now my carpet is damaged. There was a small amount of damage from the time they had cleaned before, but I didn't know what had caused it. After all this damage from the 14th, I understood that it was the same type of damage. I did also tell the 2 young men that they sent back about this prior damage, as well.

I have spoken with another professional carpet cleaning company and explained what this damage is like. This other professional carpet cleaning company explained exactly what caused this damage and stated that the other company that cleaned my carpet also knows exactly what caused it as well and that they are responsible.

They are supposed to be a professional carpet cleaning company, however, they were no longer professional after they damaged my carpet.

"The customer is claiming we burned her carpet while cleaning, the burn marks on the carpet are from a vacuum being placed in one spot while the brushes were spinning. We did not use a vacuum on the carpet. Our equipment cannot burn carpet. The customer refused to let us see her vacuum to try and explain."
