Cake Decorating
Tammy is the BEST baker I have ever used. Her shop(Special T Cakes & Desserts) is located directly across from Northgate Plaza and next to Wendy's on the west side of Dewey Avenue, Rochester, New York.
Her specialties range from homemade custom decorated cakes, pies, cheesecakes,cookies, cupcakes and is known for her delicious cannoli cake. I have purchased all of these items and they are exceptional. Everyone I know that purchased baked goods from her say that they are the most delicious they have ever had.
She works long hours and should be commended for her donations every year to the Epilepsy Foundation which has an annual Chocolate Ball. (By the way, she has won for taste several years in a row.) The cakes she donated were astonishing creations.She has also donated baked goods to various organization's fundraisers. She is a special person.
Tammy will make a cake, pie or any dessert anyway you would like it, she is absolutely by far the best baker in the area. She will go above and beyond to make a"Special T" dessert for you.
