Simco offered to come out same day (although we needed a day to clean up the water mess first) and were comparable in price to others in the area. Our repairman was very friendly and knowledgeable; he explained what would be best for us after he found out what our needs were. He was efficient and explained the water heater to us before he left.

I received a prompt response to my Home Advisor request. Someone was available for my job the same day which was important to me. They scheduled the service appointment around my availability. The service tech arrived on time and was very pleasant. He performed exactly what was needed and everything worked perfectly!!

I decided to give a rating high only because the vendor was courtesy and quick to respond. I didn't use their services because I chose not to have a gas line installed. However, as I go through my projects if they reach out I will happily consider them.

Don is very personable and was quick to answer request. He did the work quickly and sent pictures. His bill was expensive for the amount of work.
