Experts in the field of security! Incredible customer service!! They are a local company who answers the phone or returns messages promptly when you call. Owner was right on time for my initial estimate @ my house. Never made me feel pressured into buying anything and provided me with excellent reference material on the product I was looking at. Very knowledgeable with what I should have to protect my home and answered a ton of questions I had. Estimate was completed and sent to me the next day. Gave me an installation date & time and showed up right on time. Wore shoe covers to protect my carpets, went thru the entire process step by step w/me, very professional, neat & clean. The guys treated my home as if it was their own. Explained everything in great detail, company owner stopped by also for site visit while installation was starting. After install was complete, they took all the time I needed to understand everything before they left and stressed that if I had any questions at all, to give them a call anytime. Rarely do you see customer service like this anymore. I cannot say enough about how professional and customer oriented these guys are! Absolutely top notch!

If there is an incident they are very prompt to respond.

Everything went well.  I never felt pressured to buy when I first met with the company.  Brian, the owner, and his brother actually came to my home and installed the system themselves.  Furthermore, they followup immediately whenever I have a question or a concern.

This guy is very good.  It's a small company.  The owner is local.  He is very responsive.  Whenever we have had questions or problems, he has come right out to the house.  He has been very helpful.  Their monitoring system isn't local, and they have always been very good about calling us when they should.  The initial installation was pretty expensive.  He came out and discussed all of the available options.  He was very useful.  We had a couple of break-ins.  The alarm system helps us have peace of mind.
