 + -1 moreAfter numerous attempts to contact SHANNON EIDMAN, business owner of SHANNON'S REMODELING PLUS via telephone and text message, I was finally successful with contacting SHANNON EIDMAN on July 14, 2017. At this point in time I decided and discussed with SHANNON EIDMAN that I no longer would solicit her business(SHANNON'S REMODELING PLUS) and how I was unpleased with her lack work and lack of communication to resolve this matter. Additionally, I made a request for SHANNON EIDMAN to refund the $500.00; which SHANNON EIDMAN verbally agreed to refund. After sending two certified formal letters of demand via US Postal, SHANNON EIDMAN HAS NOT responded to my and/or signed the receipt of certified documentation. I am highly disappointed with SHANNON EIDMAN'S work ethic and lack thereof to stand by her own work performed under the business name SHANNON'S REMODELING PLUS. I highly suggest and recommend that you DO NOT USE SHANNON'S REMODELING PLUS.
Description of Work: SHANNON EIDMAN, business owner of SHANNON'S REMODELING PLUS recently performed replacement tile work on my kitchen floor in the Town of Chili. As per our verbal agreement and as a receipt of bank check SHANNON EIDMAN was paid $500.00 upon completion of your work on June 30, 2017. On July 11, 2017, I noticed that the tiles were not secured, shifting, and uneven in certain areas of the kitchen(see photos). I contacted SHANNON EIDMAN, business owner of SHANNON'S REMODELING PLUS immediately via telephone and text message on July 11, 2017. In our telephone conversation SHANNON EIDMAN informed me that she was able to make the necessary repairs to the kitchen floor areas of concerns on July 13, 2017; however, SHANNON EIDMAN was a no show to make those repairs.
