Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
After numerous attempts to contact SHANNON EIDMAN, business owner of SHANNON'S REMODELING PLUS via telephone and text message, I was finally successful with contacting SHANNON EIDMAN on July 14, 2017. At this point in time I decided and discussed with SHANNON EIDMAN that I no longer would solicit her business(SHANNON'S REMODELING PLUS) and how I was unpleased with her lack work and lack of communication to resolve this matter. Additionally, I made a request for SHANNON EIDMAN to refund the $500.00; which SHANNON EIDMAN verbally agreed to refund. After sending two certified formal letters of demand via US Postal, SHANNON EIDMAN HAS NOT responded to my and/or signed the receipt of certified documentation. I am highly disappointed with SHANNON EIDMAN'S work ethic and lack thereof to stand by her own work performed under the business name SHANNON'S REMODELING PLUS. I highly suggest and recommend that you DO NOT USE SHANNON'S REMODELING PLUS.
