ServPro was amazing with prompt and courteous service. Greg was the person who worked with us, and we were very pleased with all of his service. They also provided packing material when we had to pack up the kitchen. When we needed extra boxes, they were at our house within an hour. The work was billed directly to our insurance company, and we did not even see a bill.

Totally professional. They contacted me an hour after claim was filed, did a preliminary assessment within 3 hours and began the drying operation the next morning. I was thoroughly impressed. I believe this is the best service I have ever experienced.
