Siding Service
Mr. Sattora installed a new roof on my house in December of 2013 (new build). After moving in, I noticed several spots where roofing material was missing (cut incorrectly). I called Mr. Sattora and he personally came out to inspect. He agreed that it was a problem and promised to fix by the first week in October. No one showed up. I contacted him again on October 3. He sent me a text message as follows: "I will get your roof repairs done by the end of October. I promise." No one showed up. I contacted him again in early November. Now he does not respond to phone calls or text messages.
I would like Mr. Sattora to stand behind his product and fix my roof. It is under warranty.
I would not recommend his company to anyone.
