The need for a new roof was discovered while my landscape service (that I found through Angie's List) was removing moss that was growing on my roof. I initially called someone my niece used, who she found through Angie's List as well. After playing a lot of phone tag, she decided not to bother returning my calls at all, and never came to my house to look at my job and give me an estimate. I found Russell through my landscape service, Eastside Tree Yard and Home. Dave said he knew Russ for 30 years and was excellent and dependable. Although I didn't get another estimate, I compared prices online and was very satisfied that I was getting a fair price, and I trust Dave not to steer me wrong. The job that Russell said would only take one day ended up taking a day and a half, and believe me that was not unexpected nor inconvenient. They came when they said they would, on time, on Friday, and Russell even came on Sunday afternoon to finish the calking around the chimney. I would definitely recommend.
