The contractor met up with us he went around pointing out a solution for what we had thought to be the problem we are not experts so we took his word he seemed professional and honest at the time so he said he could do the work for two hundred and fifty dollars claimed that he could come back the next day and do it gave us contact information to reach out to him after that point when he left we did not hear anything from him he wasn't calling back he we got a hold of him one time about a week later and he apologized and said that he was busy and that he would call us back the next day then from that point on we have had zero contact with him and at this point we are under the impression he was just there took advantage of the opportunity to take the money and essentially run with it it was more convenient for me to give them cash at the time and he capitalized on that and now if you even try to go to their office it's closed on a normal weekday and you can't talk to anybody so overall very poor experience and wouldn't recommend to anybody that needs any sort of roof work done because in our eyes these people are scammers and taking advantage of people who are naive to roofing

Everything was fine with the repair but of all the stupid things, they refused to have the dumpster bag full of shingles and other construction material picked up. Our contract stated that all debris would be removed. We paid our bill in full, never thinking that they would stick us with this problem when a simple dumpster pickup is easy to do. They will not return my phone calls at all and it has been a month. The dumpster bag is small enough that they could just put it in their truck. My transfer station wont take construction material so I am stuck with this problem.

I had mold on my shingles. My insurance was going to drop my insurance unless a contractor took care of it. I went with Royal Roofing and they took care of taking pictures and submitting the results to my insurance. I have not received a bad report from the insurance so everybody wins! ?

These guys were awesome. After one and a half years in our house, we noticed a leak in our ceiling in January. It was extremely cold and windy winter
I went to home advisor and I found Royal Roofing
I called and the next day a gentleman came out with a drone and took pictures of my roof. (Really cool) After looking at the pictures he pointed out that there was no chimney flashing on the chimney resulting in water leaking into our attic. They booked booked me for a few days later. Their crew came while I was at work they put a new chimney flashing on the roof and we haven t had any leaks since! They were super responsive and the process was easy. I will definitely use them again in the future if I ever need roofing help.

Customer service was prompt, courteous, and very helpful. The work was scheduled quickly and everything was cleaned up perfectly. We did have a small snafu by which the crew forgot to install a roof vent. Communication broke down a bit at that time, but the job was finished and we are satisfied.

Dino was very responsive to my needs for the repairs to my house. We communicated by phone and texting. His workers were very respectful and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done.
