They arrived on time, in fact a little early. They went about their business, asked me appropriate questions, and knew exactly what they were doing. I had the tv mounted on a wall with an articulating arm. There was difficulty in drilling the holes in the wall as the studs are unusually hard. I was not charged anything more for their extra time. When they were done they cleaned up so well you could not tell they had been there. They are true experts in their field in terms of knowledge of their products and their use and their installation people are top notch and professional. I have to add that I am a current cancer victim and at the time of setting up the installation date I had numerous medical appointments scheduled in addition to working a full time schedule. They were not available any of the dates I had available and the person I was talking to could tell I was frustrated ( I did not tell him about my cancer) and I left it that I would call them back. A short time later they called with an appointment on a date I had mentioned I was available. They switched something else in order to accommodate me!

The service was great we used them before and discontinue using in the past and try to continue to use them. They have what we are looking for and at competitive cost – it may not be the cheapest but the service makes up for their price. In the past an equipment repair was done to there and reliable place for us and we had no issues at all.
