Lynn explained all of my options, what would be done, and how long it would take. Everything went exactly as he described and he was actually able to come back a few days earlier than he had estimated. My piano is tuned to a perfect pitch and I couldn't be happier with the service. I will definitely be using him again for tuning my piano and for any future repairs that may come up.

Mr. Rosenberg was outstanding. The piano had not been tuned in several years and he brought it back to life and fixed several dead keys. It's a pleasure to play again with a perfectly tuned piano.

It went very well. He arrived on time and tuned the piano in about an hour. It sounds great now!

Lynn was able to bring this lovely instrument back to the most brilliant tone I have ever heard. The sound, rich with color and variance is breathtaking. I will recommend this professional to all that treasure their instruments.

Lynn and his driver/assistant arrived at my home at the appointed time. The assistant opened the piano to allow for the tuning and Lynn proceeded to conduct the tuning. The whole process took approximately one hour.

It was alright. They came out probably two months after the purchase date. There were no additional costs. The technician was not very presentable, but nice. I would tell others that I'm not sure if I would use them again. The Angie's List price we got I would say A.

This was a Angie's List 'Deal' for a "Basic Piano Tuning" for $69. It ended up costing us an additional $54 because our piano was too out-of-tune to make a 'single pass' tuning. According to Lynn Rosenberg (owner/tuner), a second 'fine tuning' pass would be needed because of this. The problem is that there is nothing in the deal itself (description or fine print) that said there would be additional charge to do this second 'fine tuning' pass. In fact, Mr. Rosenberg incorrectly stated that it was in the fine print, but when presented with the actual fine print text he merely said it should have been in there. The only thing that could be interpreted as alluding to this was the service title of "Basic Piano Tuning". I admit being ignorant of the finer points of piano tuning, but I believe it is the responsibility of the service provider to make these thing clear up front (either in print and/or verbally) before the start of the job. If they're looking to establish new customers with these deals, then they failed miserably by not setting the expectation of additional charges ahead of time. Nice enough people and quality work, otherwise.

It went great. They showed up promptly and frankly, I was worried that they would tell me it needed some MAJOR work for lots more money. However, Lynn took care of everything and only charged a nominal amount over the original tuning price. In fact, I got a call from him a few days later saying he would be refunding the cost of the tuning to me. I was puzzled but he reminded me that I had paid for the service in advance via Angies List and frankly I had forgotten when I paid him. While I know it was the right thing to do, I can think of some places who might have tried to get away with that so I want to point that out.

Hard to schedule, no night or weekend hours. But did a fantastic job!

He was prompt and professional. The service took approximately one hour. Our piano had not been tuned in more than a decade - sounds great now! I'd highly recommend him!

Went very well! The piano is quite old and has not been tuned in 25 years or so. It now sounds wonderful!! He was on time, very professional and did a great job. I will use him again and recommend him to others.

Mr. Rosenberg arrived promptly at the agreed upon appointment time with his associate. He provided some background regarding his many years of experience in tuning pianos and also regarding the piano itself. He conducted the tuning in slightly less than an hour and the difference in tonal quality was immediately apparent. We would not hesitate to recommend him and would be glad to use his services again in the future.

He did an excellent job. It was a special so I picked it and I'm glad I did. They came on time. They gave me a call the day before reminding me. The man who does the tuning is legally blind so another man drove him. They were pleasant. They took about a good hour which I thought was worth the money. The piano sounds great. They were definitely cheaper than what I paid for piano tuning.

Provider only available mon thru Thursday in mornings and was unable to arrange any other time to come out

He arrived with a college, he came right in and went to work, took his time to make sure that it was done correctly. He cleaned up after himself, and all went well. Plus I have now been able to start playing piano again.

The technician was very proficient and thorough. Even made recommendation on slight other services to address some other mechanical issues. They were very cordial and super nice to our dog

Lynn Rosenberg, the tuner, showed up on time, was friendly and professional and got right on to tuning our piano. He was meticulous, which the piano player in this house discovered when she played a few tunes a few hours later. He nailed it! She was so pleased, thinking it might be the best job we've ever had. We will be calling him back for sure in the future. Before leaving, he showed me where the pads could be filed and cleaned for even better performance but he didn't push me into planning this. This gentleman should get lots of business, he's that good! Marj
