James showed up without supplies to do the job. He did go and purchase items. He had to exchange the items because they did not fit. He was to replace the handles in the shower and bathtub and fix a drip in the shower head. He did not complete the job the first week. He re-scheduled the for the next week. Again, he was to replace the handles. He had a family emergency for the next appointment scheduled. understandable. things happen. Promised to return to complete the job on Monday 9/19/2022. He did not show up, nor did he call. He has not returned the phone calls I made to him. I am left with one shower handle that turns down (hot) and one that turns up.(cold). And two ill-fitting tub handles. He was paid in full $575.00. He also snaked the drain. Still ran slowly when done.

I have been meaning to update my review. I had them move a toilet from one side of the bathroom to another. On the surface everything looked good however underneath the bathroom where all the pipes were, they absolutely destroyed 8 floor Joists. They drilled massive holes, most of them were not even holes, they completely butchered the Joists by cutting out a huge section and compromised the safety of the master bedroom where the bathroom is located. On top of that they also left an AC duct completely disconnected and a pipe was left dripping because it was angled wrong. I had to call in a structural engineer and general contractor to reinforce the weakened floor jousts. I also had to call a different HAVOC and plumbing company to fix the badly positioned and dripping pipes and reconnect the AC duct. It cost me several thousand dollars to fix Rhea shitty and dangerous work they did.
