Bill's painters did a great job right away. The reason I am writing this review is because with the house closed up (already moved) and record heat and no ventilation above the garage ceiling, after two weeks, the outer edges of the joint compound on the tape started to come away from the ceiling in a few places. After contacting Bill, he came over on his own time and repaired everything and told me the reason it had separated a little bit (no ventilation above the garage). He didn't argue, he didn't him and haw, he just came over and fixed it. He did not charge me extra. It is great too get a contractor who is as honest and a man of his word. Bill is a first rate contractor.

I was in a bind.  I needed repair work done on my mother's garage and I needed it by the next Tuesday (four days).  The joint compound tape had fallen down from the ceiling in the garage and there were places of damage on the garage wall Sheetrock.  At the same time, out of state relatives were staying here because of a family funeral.  Seemed like everything was happening at once.
I called Bill Pine at Rochester NY Painters for help on Friday.  Bill stopped out Friday night, told me what was needed and said he would schedule it for Monday.  Right at 8:30 am three workers showed up and went right to work.  The men were polite and professional.  Work was done just about noon.  Bill came the next day with his extension ladders and did some repair work on the vinyl siding on the outside.
A real joy to find an honest service who responded right away and did the job right the first time.  I am very impressed with Bill Pine and his company.

Bill and his team did a tremendous job on my mom's house. You name it, they did it. They painted the whole outside, whole inside, replaced flooring, gutted a bathroom, replaced lighting and refinished hard wood floors. I was very impressed with Bill and his teams hard work and dedication to detail.

Mr Pine were punctual, did a great job and were very pleasant to deal with - as were the gentlemen who worked with him.

Honest... he told me up front what the work will be. Not the cheapest guy out there, but I can say that his work is very good, and well worth it.
