I called the general manager Jay who said he would come to my house and give me an estimate. We made an appt, I left work early. No one showed up. I'll be using another company who is more reliable.

lawn treatment, snow removal
 + 0 moreFor small amounts of snow--fine. For major snowfall--not acceptable. We went 24 hours during peak of snow storm without being plowed out. Received a rude phone message complaining that people were calling in about non-service. Philosophy seemed to be to wait until storm was done (regardless of amount) so only had to plow once.
Description of Work: Snow plowing.
