Both issues were rectified properly and effectively. Rochester Appliance is one of those rare businesses that gets it -- one that knows how to treat customers and ensure repeat business. They are punctual, courteous, professional, efficient, and they actually do what they say they'll do and communicate effectively with customers. They will remain my first choice for any future appliance repair.

I was very pleased with this company. I contacted the company and was able to book a time that was convenient for me to have someone come out and look at it. They arrived on time and were in and out in 15 minutes with the problem fixed. There was a clog in the water line and it was dripping out to the bottom of my freezer and then thawing and puddling out on my kitchen floor. Before they started the work, they provided me with a total. They worked quickly and professionally and said that they also adjusted the hose so it will not happen again. While they were there I asked about my washing machine and they gave me great tips for increasing the longevity of it. There is no doubt in my mind that I would use them again. They were responsive, friendly, appropriately priced, and worked efficiently. What more could I possibly want? Do not hesitate to use them!!

He diagnosed the problem and also fixed a separate issue I have had for years. I previously had two different people come down for the separate issue, but they were unable to fix it. This technician took care if it in two minutes.

We needed to replace a few pieces and the team was able to handle the work on the spot, along with providing some cleaning and service tips to help with overall day-to-day maintenance. I would hire again for other appliance work too.

Everything was fixed and continues to work. He was very helpful in giving us tips on what and what not to put in the garbage disposal so the line from the dishwasher to the garbage disposal wouldn't clog again

Ben diagnosed the problem in a methodical but speedy way. He found the problem and fixed it. All the while he was very friendly. He even replaced the bulb in my dryer, which I had kind of given up on. My impression was that Ben was glad to provide high-quality service, which I appreciate.

Prompt service.  Called when they said.  Machine had a stripped gear and repairs went smoothly.

They returned the call I left in the evening on the next day. Got me on schedule the day after. The employee call me ahead of schedule and asked if he could come early as the prior job was completed ahead of schedule. He arrived early, did a quick assessment and replaced the door switch that was causing the issue. All very professional and quick.
