hired rick form rnc contracting to install a ceiling exhaust fan/light/ heater I had already picked out and paid for supplies. he started the job on Thursday. said it would be about 2 hrs. little more work then he thought. he left or a tool and 5 hrs later he returned. and said he would be back on Friday. on Friday he hooked the fan up and the switches. all 3 units are on 1 switch. he was paid in full at that time, and given an additional deposit for the sink and painting to be done. I explained the fan sounds like its going to burn out. and all 3 light, heat, exhaust are on the 1 switch. said he would be back, no show. said on Monday. now its 4 days with no lights in the bathroom . no show on Monday i called and he claims he has a busy life and cant go running. i then asked for my deposit back I no longer want the extra work done. it was within the 72hrs of legal canceling of a contract. he now claims the money is his, I have breached the contract. I have no bathroom ceiling, no lights and a junk light system in the bathroom. the payment for the fan was paid in full. He refuses to honor the legal contract of cancellation or finish the install of the bathroom fan. Do NOT hire. scam will take your money and run
